An order will generally take 1-3 business days (Sun-Thurs) to have it beautifully designed, created and ready for you.

Collection is then available at this point and you will be notified the necessary details via email once the order is ready.

If delivery has been selected, please allow an additional 1-2 business days following the order creation period to receive your order. 

Please note in busier seasons such as Chanukah and Purim time, the gifts turnaround or shipping times may be longer than usual.

The Giftery usually has collection points in both Jerusalem and Beit Shemesh. 

The Jerusalem main branch is in Har Nof. 

The Beit Shemesh collection point is currently on hold. The site will be updated once this option is resumed.

You will be notified the exact address once your order is ready at the specified collection point via email.

To ensure your gifts are brought to you in perfect condition, we use tried and tested delivery services for door to door delivery. 

Updated delivery fees will be found at the checkout page. 

At this time, we currently are only delivering to Jerusalem and Beit Shemesh.

If you are ordering several gifts, each gift must be added to the cart separately with it’s own personalization. 

If you want to order several gifts to be sent to several locations, please place a new order for each location. 

For bulk orders of gifts or corporate gifts, please reach out to us to assist you in making this order.

Every food add-on option is certified Kosher and will have the exact Hashgacha clearly marked in the description.

Yes, the materials we use are of the highest quality and are made to last, but extra care must be taken; 

When washing personalized homeware items, wash up lightly with cold water only, and never place them in a dishwasher. For Lucite, use a soft sponge only for washing up to avoid scratching.

For gifts that have been personalized with a heat press, the items may be washed on a cold cycle but not placed in a dryer or ironed.

Yes, the recipient who receives the gift should be the one to toivel it.
